‣ Where does Sweetch Natural come from?

In a world where we are increasingly aware of the importance of healthy eating, Sweetch Natural arrives on the Portuguese market to ensure that a healthy life is not a life without flavor. Developed by a team of scientists and specialists in the food industry, Sweetch Natural was developed to make a difference in everyone’s life, but it will have an even greater impact on the routine of those with caloric intake restrictions, such as those who struggle with weight, against obesity, against diabetes type 2 mellitus and others.

Sweetch Natural was born in Southeast Asia, thanks to a partnership between friends and college colleagues, and is now part of the Senix group, represented in Portugal by Saud’Alma.

One of the founders always had a great passion for sweets, but he also knew that sugar is very bad for your health. Faced with this problem, he challenged his former colleague to create a natural and healthy solution that would replace sugar and where the unit of measurement was exactly the same, in order to make the replacement easier.

Thus was born Sweetch Natural, which suggests the exchange, but without ever losing the delicious flavor of the original recipes.

As Portugal is considered a country of sweet traditions, Saud’Alma decided to import this product to allow all Portuguese people to have a healthier lifestyle.

‣ What is Sweetch Natural?

Sweetch Natural is a natural sugar substitute.

With the same texture, it behaves like sugar; with the same flavor profile, it fits like sugar, with the same ratio, it applies like sugar.

And all this without adding a single calorie to our daily lives.

‣ What is the composition of the Sweetch Natural product?

The Sweetch Natural product is composed of a mixture of 100% natural ingredients, with a white crystalline granular texture, having in its composition Erythritol, Inulin and Stevia.in its composition. It has zero calories and zero glycemic index, the same taste and equal proportions of refined sugar, with dietary fibers that improve the digestive process and without artificial flavors or preservatives.

‣ Which are the Sweetch Natural product certifications?

The product by Sweetch Natural is approved by the most important safety agencies of food: USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) e EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).

‣ Does your product have added sugar?

The Sweetch Natural does not contain sugar. In our product we only use natural sweeteners such as Stevia and Erythritol.

‣ Is Sweetch Natural sweetener GMO free?

Yes, our product is nonGMO certified.

‣ Is Sweetch Natural tested in animals?

No. Our Sweetch Natural sweetener is not tested on animals nor comes from animal sources.

‣ Is the Sweetch Natural product vegetarian or vegan?

Sweetch Natural is considered vegetarian and vegan, and can be included in this life style, as in its composition and creation no raw materials of animal origin are used and it is made only with 100% natural ingredients.

‣ Can I use Sweetch Natural on a low-carb or paleo diet?

Yes. The Sweetch Natural has no carbohydrates in its composition and is composed of 100% natural ingredients.

‣ Can I use Sweetch Natural in my recipes?

Yes. The Sweetch Natural’s sweetener is a great option to add to your recipes to make them equally sweet and less caloric.

‣ What is the equivalent measure of Sweetch Natural for refined sugar?

The equivalence of Sweetch Natural to sugar is 1 to 1. In other words, to use in your recipes, you can replace the listed amount of refined sugar with the same amount of Sweetch Natural, and obtain the same results. With Sweetch Natural you will have an identical experience to using conventional sugar, with just one difference: the Maillard reaction is unique to sugar, so Sweetch doesn’t caramelize.

‣ Under which conditions should I store Sweetch Natural?

You should store Sweetch Natural in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

‣ After opening, should I keep the packaging closed?

After opening your Sweetch Natural, it is important to ensure that the packaging is correctly sealed using its zip closure, in order to avoid prolonged contact with the air. If this situation occurs, Sweetch Natural can gain a compact shape, simply placing the product in a mincer for a few seconds for it to return to its original shape.

About natural sweeteners

‣ What are considered natural sugars?

Natural sugars are those that are produced in nature, such as fructose, sucrose, dextrose, maltose, lactose, galactose and glucose.

‣ What is Stevia?

Stevia is also considered to be one of the healthiest natural sweeteners for consume. It is extracted from a plant native to South America, known as stevia rebaudianale,and is 200 to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It can be used at high temperatures, which makes it an ideal sweetener for cooking.

‣ What is Erythritol?

Erythritol can be obtained through the fermentation process of some fruits and mushrooms, and has only 0.2 calories per gram. It also has almost as much sweetening capacity as traditional sugar. In addition to the low caloric content, erythritol is resistant to high temperatures and can be applied in several recipes.

‣ What is Inulin?

Inulin is a type of non-digestible soluble fiber, from the fructans class, which is present in some foods such as onion, garlic, burdock, chicory or wheat, for example. Its consumption is associated with several health benefits and is also considered a prebiotic.

‣ Which are the benefits of natural sweeteners for your health?

Natural sweeteners are alternatives to replacing refined sugar because, in addition to providing sweetness, some have a low glycemic index, others are zero or low in calories, which is very important to control diabetes, obesity, tooth decay, among other diseases and pathologies.

You can purchase our product in our online store, or through our partners.

‣ Which payment methods are available?

ATM

At the end of the order, our entity number (XXXX), the reference (xxx xxx xxx) and the amount to be paid will be provided. The order will be shipped after payment has been received. Payment can be made at any automatic teller machine, via the web or any other place that accepts this type of payment. After placing the order, you have 24 hours (1 day) to make the payment, after this period the order will be cancelled. If for any reason the product is temporarily unavailable between the order period and the respective payment, the amount will be refunded.

MBway

Payment confirmation through the MBWay application or another banking application that may be linked to your MBWay account. Only 4 minutes are available to carry out this operation, after this time the operation is automatically canceled by the respective service.

About shipping and order

‣ Which are the shipping methods and costs?

In purchases equal to or greater than 3 units, you will benefit from free shipping in mainland Portugal. The shipping costs for purchases of less than 3 units is 2,49€ for mainland Portugal.

The shipping cost for deliveries in Madeira Island as well as for deliveries in the Azores archipelago is €50.00. We currently do not ship internationally.

‣ How long does shipping take?

Deliveries to mainland Portugal are made within 24/48 hours (working days) through the CTT EXPRESSO or FEDEX/TNT service, in orders placed up to 12h after confirmation of shipment. As far as the islands are concerned, the delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address you indicate when placing your order.

ATTENTION: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier on the day of delivery. Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in additional costs for you, so we recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address indicated when placing the order is correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you have indicated.

‣ How can I track my order?

After purchase, you will receive a link via email to track the status of your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here, you will have access to a link where you can follow the status of your order.

‣ Can I change or cancel my order?

As your purchase will be prepared as soon as possible for shipment, please contact our client supportapoiocliente@saudalma.pt or to the phone number +351 213 920 130 (Calls within the Portuguese fixed-line network) as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to add items to an order that has already been created, so please place a new order for any additional items.

‣ What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Saud’Alma supplies the items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective product, you should contact our online store customer service department, via email apoiocliente@saudalma.pt or by filling out the form in the customer service area it is up to us to create this form or not, leaving only the email as a point of contact for this type of situation

‣ How can I return my product?

The return request must be made via email apoiocliente@saudalma.pt or by filling out the form in the customer service area.

The return of the product must occur within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Once received and verified, payment of the same amount for which the customer purchased the product will be made, excluding shipment costs.

Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer, except if the product is damaged or in poor condition, in which case Saud’Alma will assume shipping costs.

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or with signs of use, will not be accepted.

If we receive an item under the above conditions, there will be no right to a refund, and the customer has up to 10 days to collect the item(s) at our facilities.

‣ I have not received my order. What should I do?

In this case, the address provided may be incorrect or incomplete.
