PREPARATION

STEP 1

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them, together with the butter, in a water bath.

STEP 2

Beat the egg yolks with Sweetch Natural, until they become fluffy and whitish, and then add the chocolate, in a stream and beating constantly.

STEP 3

Finally, gently fold in the egg whites, previously whipped to a stiff peak. Pour the mousse into a bowl, decorate it with chocolate shavings and refrigerate until firm.
