In a bowl, mix the flour, Sweetch Natural, yeast, salt, egg and milk.

In a non-stick frying pan over low heat, melt the butter. Pour a tablespoon of dough into the pan and spread the dough slightly.

When the top of the pancake starts to get small bubbles, you can turn it over with the help of a spatula.
Repeat the process until you run out of dough, adding butter to the frying pan whenever necessary.

Serve the freshly made pancakes with honey and berries.
