STEP 1

To prepare this rice pudding, pour the water into a saucepan, add the butter, a pinch of salt, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick, bring to a boil and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until it runs out of water.

In a separate pan, heat the milk. Then add the milk to the rice pan, little by little, stirring occasionally, and cook the rice until soft and creamy. Then add the Sweetch Natural, stir and boil for another 5 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, add a little of the rice from the pan, stirring until warm.

Then add the mixture to the pan, stirring constantly, remove from the heat, discard the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick, pour into a bowl and let it cool. When serving, sprinkle with cinnamon.
